Key Duties and Requirements: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success 🚀

Scope of responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js, 
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, 
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code, 
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Here’s a set of skills we require:

• Experience in multiple React based projects,
  
• Very good JavaScript and Typescript knowledge, 
• Experience with Next.js framework, 
• Experience with CSS in JS solutions (preferred Styled Components), 
• Knowledge about PWA development (offline mode/service workers, deploying applications on stores), 
• Experience with unit tests, 
• Very good spoken and written English (at least B2), 
• Very good spoken and written Polish (at least B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience in React Native based projects,
• Experience in the financial industry.

Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like? 🍀

1. HR Screening - once we get your CV, we’ll take a look and schedule a brief call via phone. During this conversation, you can learn more about the company and your role. The call is also for us to learn more about you and talk about your expectations. We make sure the conversation is concrete but also very informal and friendly. Duration about 30 min.

2. Technical interview - this step is a video call with one of our technical experts. We assess your technical knowledge and experience needed for the open position by discussing or solving some real problems. Duration about 60 min.

3. Soft Interview - the last stage of the recruitment process at Espeo is a video call with one of our leaders. We discuss your experience of working with clients, your successes and problems you challenged. Duration: 60 min.
