Senior QA Engineer - Freelancer

B2B: PLN 110 - 140 / Hour 💰

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Mentor team members on quality guidelines and best practices.

  • Create resilient, robust automated tests aligned with industry standards.

  • Ensure the team consistently follows established quality processes.

  • Apply a strong understanding of various testing techniques and when to use them.

  • Contribute to and maintain test automation frameworks.

  • Work in a Scrum Agile and continuous delivery environment.

  • Collaborate on testing of microservices and secure development processes.

Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • Excellent automation skills with Cucumber and Java.

  • Ability to define and create automation tests in line with guidelines.

  • Solid knowledge of REST principles and API testing approaches.

  • Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, Tomcat, Linux, and Web Services.

  • Proficiency with Jenkins (or similar CI/CD tools).

  • Strong SQL skills.

  • Good understanding of non-functional testing (performance, resilience).

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, high-performing, and goal-oriented, with strong ownership of results.

  • Writing API tests automation

  • Using the Given-When-Then methodology.

  • Knowlege of transaction processing systems.

  • Experience with secure development.

  • Expanding existing test automation frameworks.
