B2B: PLN 95-125 / hour 💰

LOCATION: POZNAŃ

*We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance office presence with remote work. However, it's important to note that the role emphasizes a stronger presence in the office to foster teamwork and effective communication.

Job requirements

Key Duties and Requirements: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success 🚀

Sales Management:

  • Full ownership of sales targets.

  • Full ownership of sales processes.

  • Complex coordination of activities in assigned markets.

Sales Development:

  • Lead generation through outbound channels (telephone, email, social media).

  • Handling inbound leads according to company standards (quality and reaction time).

  • Coordinating sales processes from lead generation up to sales closing.

  • Utilizing Social Selling and Video Marketing tactics to get us closer to our target groups.

  • Attending conferences and events in the assigned markets.

  • Handling sales documentation according to company standards.

Partner Channel:

  • Full ownership of Partner Channels Sales.

  • Coordinating sales and marketing campaigns in the Partner Channel.

Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • Significant experience in international sales development (direct & partner channels).

  • Experience in consultative sales (service provider).

  • At least 1 year in line management (leadership role).

  • English C1.

  • German C1.

  • Availability: Willingness to travel for business purposes (up to 30%), including regular presence in our Poznań office and occasional travel to meet with potential Partners, attend conferences, meetups, and other industry events.

Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like? 🍀

  1. Video Task: Discussion of a case study during a recorded video session in English and German (focused on understanding your reasoning, business approach, English and German proficiency and self-presentation skills).

  2. Profile Selection: Analysis of submitted applications to assess their alignment with the job requirements. Selection of candidates who best meet the criteria.

  3. HR Screening (10 minutes): A member of the recruiting team will explain to you the structure of our company and the specifics of this position.

  4. Meeting with the Hiring Manager (60 minutes): This stage will take about 90 minutes. Our Hiring Manager - Przemysław Koper (CEO) would like to share with you the challenges of taking on this role and talk about your experience.

  5. We will ask you to provide 3 contacts who can give you recommendations.

  6. Case study/task to assess your analytical and drawing skills necessary for this position.

  7. Meeting in our office and presentation of the task.
