PROJECT MANAGER

LOCATION: Poland, Poznań - min. 1 day a week in the office

B2B PLN 90 - 110 / Hour 💰

*We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance office presence with remote work. However, it's important to note that the role emphasizes a stronger presence in the office to foster teamwork and effective communication.

Scope of services:

Project Management

• Managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Managing project timelines, scope, and budget

• Risk management

• Providing Agile leadership and expertise

• Supporting clients in decision-making

• Implementing project management best practices

Service Delivery

• Ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality services for clients

• Maximizing client satisfaction

• Maintaining project administration and documentation

• Building and staffing project teams

• Coordinating sourcing and recruitment needs

Team Leadership

• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes

• Supporting and coordinating team members' professional development

• Conducting team performance evaluations

Here’s a set of skills we require:

• Solid experience as Project Manager, Line Manager or Team Leader,

• Relation-oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management,

• Ability to lead by example, inspire and motivate your team,

• Experience in the IT industry,

• Full professional proficiency in English and Polish,

• Readiness for work on-site at least 20% working time (Poznań),

• Readiness for international travel at least 10% working time.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial industry,

• Experience in blockchain projects,

• Additional foreign language at a communicative level (e.g. Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German).
