OUTBOUND SPECIALIST
LOCATION: Poland, Poznań - min. 1 day a week in the office
UZ PLN 6000-7500 gross/ month 💰
B2B PLN 7000-9000 net/month 💰
*We offer a hybrid cooperation model, allowing you to balance office presence with remote cooperation. However, it's important to note that the role emphasizes a stronger presence in the office to foster teamwork and effective communication.

Scope of services:
Outbound Sales:
Reach out to potential customers through phone, email and LinkedIn using messaging prepared by Espeo.
Initiate conversations with prospects and introduce Espeo’s services in a clear and engaging way.
Follow established outbound processes while continuously improving messaging and outreach effectiveness.
Use different communication channels to connect with relevant prospects and generate interest in Espeo’s offering.
Meeting Generation:
Identify prospects who may be interested in Espeo’s services and initiate relevant conversations.
Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the sales team.
Ensure meetings are properly arranged and that the sales team has the necessary information ahead of each conversation.
Contribute to building a consistent pipeline of new sales opportunities through effective outbound activities.
Documentation and Collaboration:
Maintain accurate records of outbound activities, including calls, emails, LinkedIn messages and prospect interactions.
Keep outreach data and meeting information up to date.
Share feedback on messaging, prospect responses and outreach effectiveness.
Work closely with the sales team to improve outbound processes and communication strategies.
Here’s a set of skills we require:
1-3 years of experience in outbound sales
Polish language skills at C1/native level.
English language skills at B2+ level.
Confidence and comfort with making phone calls on a daily basis.
Strong written communication skills in both Polish and English, particularly in emails and LinkedIn messages.
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and effectively with potential customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting outbound activities.
Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and improve.
Ability to follow established messaging and processes while adapting to feedback and new insights.
This role is not:
A full-cycle sales role — you will not be responsible for owning deals, preparing proposals or negotiating contracts.
A closing role — your responsibility is to initiate conversations and book meetings, not to close sales.
A meeting ownership role — the sales team will lead and run meetings with prospects.
A purely administrative role — you are expected to actively engage prospects and create new sales opportunities through outbound activities.
