LOCATION: POZNAN, POLAND (Hybrid - min. 4 days a week in office)

Key Duties and Services: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success 🚀

Your Mission: Ensuring continuity, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT environment - from infrastructure and hardware to cybersecurity, access management, and internal tooling.

Scope of services:

IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Monitoring and maintaining the stability of networks and systems

  • Manage the scalability of IT infrastructure depending on your needs

  • Ensuring data security and implementing security measures

  • Manage the data backup and restoration process

  • Implementation of modern technologies to optimize infrastructure

Computer Hardware Management:

  • Coordination of computer equipment purchases

  • Installation and configuration of equipment

  • Equipment monitoring and updating

  • Optimize the performance of equipment and resources

Application & License Management:

  • Coordinating the use of the application by team members, creating rules and regulations

  • Purchase and management of software licenses

  • Maintaining an up-to-date list of tools and documentation

  • Implementation of a license monitoring and reporting system

Technical Support & Problem Solving:

  • Tracking, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues

  • Providing hands-on IT support across the organization

  • Collaborating with teams on complex technical incidents

  • Implementing and maintaining a technical ticketing/notification system

Access & Account Administration:

  • Managing access rights to systems and tools

  • Creating, deleting and updating employee accounts

  • Monitoring the security of accounts and access

  • Training employees in the safe use of accounts

Cybersecurity & Risk Management:

  • Conducting regular cyber risk assessments; Regularly conducting penetration tests and security audits

  • Implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures; organizing cybersecurity educational campaigns for all team members

  • Cyber threat monitoring and analysis

IT Awareness & Training:

  • Training employees on secure use of IT systems

  • Raising awareness of current cyber threats and attack methods

  • Developing and implementing incident response procedures

IT Innovations & Improvements:

  • Following trends and proposing new solutions

  • Identifying areas for improvement and integration

  • Introducing new information technologies

Solution Implementation & Tooling:

  • Collecting business requirements from users

  • Implementation of new solutions and internal tools

  • Documenting and training users

IT Budget & Cost Management:

  • Preparing a budget related to the IT Administration area

  • Monitoring and controlling expenses

  • Cooperation with the finance department on issues related to IT Administration costs

Supporting other departments:

  • Providing technical support to other departments

  • Training team members in the use of systems and tools

Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • 4-5 years of experience at similar position.

  • Strong communication skills and user-facing confidence

  • Solid experience with macOS and Windows administration

  • Practical cybersecurity awareness (MFA, phishing, password hygiene, least privilege)

  • Understanding of hardware diagnostics and basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)

  • Strong sense of ownership and independence

Nice to have:

  • Interest in automation / development (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools or hardware tinkering (Arduino, Raspberry Pi)

  • Experience with Google Workspace and Jira

  • Experience supporting Apple devices in corporate environments
