HR TRAINEE
The HR Trainee will support the HR team, particularly by collaborating with the Personnel and Administration Specialist, focusing on administrative, documentation, and organizational aspects. The role will be responsible for assisting with HR processes, managing employee documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and labor law regulations.
LOCATION: POLAND (POZNAŃ)
*We offer a hybrid model of cooperation. You will be invited to our office as needed, approximately 2-3 times a week.
DURATION: 3-6 month internship with the possibility of extension
WORKING TIME: about 15-20h per week

Scope of responsibilities:
Support in Managing HR Documentation:
*Preparing and updating employment contracts, annexes, and other HR documents.
*Maintaining employee personnel files in compliance with applicable regulations.
*Archiving documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
*Analyzing and implementing labor law provisions, adapting internal procedures, and participating in the creation of regulations and guidelines.
HRM System Administration:
*Entering and updating employee data in the HRM system.
*Monitoring data related to working hours and absence records.
Administrative Support:
*Preparing correspondence related to employee matters.
*Sending documents.
Employee Benefits Management:
*Supporting the administration and settlement of employee benefits.
*Providing information on current employee benefit programs.
Compliance Monitoring:
*Participating in internal audits related to HR documentation and labor law compliance.
*Monitoring and reporting non-compliance in HR documentation and proposing corrective actions.
Other Responsibilities:
*Supporting in other HR areas as needed, such as organizing company events, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, learning & development, HR analytics, internal communication, or process improvement.
Here’s a set of skills we require:
*Currently a student or recent graduate in a field related to Human Resource Management, Administration, or a similar discipline.
*Basic knowledge of labor law regulations.
*Proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite programs (particularly Excel/Google Sheets).
*Proficiency in English at a communicative level.
*Strong teamwork skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.
*Availability for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
*Willingness to work from the office in Poznań as needed.
