Key Duties and Requirements: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success 🚀

IT Recruitment:

  • Managing Recruitment Processes: Independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews and collaborating with hiring managers.

  • Building a Candidate Pipeline: Creating and maintaining a database of candidates, including specialists in various technologies.

  • Recruitment Strategy: Developing recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to attract the best IT talent.

  • Relationships with Candidates and Partners: Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and partners, ensuring professional communication at every stage of the recruitment process.

  • Employer Branding: Supporting employer branding activities, participating in job fairs, industry conferences, and social media initiatives.

Operational Support:

  • Substitution: Ability to take over recruitment responsibilities when needed, including planning and managing recruitment for key positions.

  • Process Optimization: Implementing improvements in recruitment and resourcing processes, collaborating with the HR team to enhance internal procedures.

  • Employee Support: Working with the HR team to support employee well-being and engagement.

  • Active Participation in Internal Meetings: Including daily meetings, brainstorming sessions, and planning discussions.

  • Additional responsibilities in the area of resourcing: Taking care of staffing.

Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • Experience in IT Recruitment: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a Software House environment or a recruitment agency.

  • Knowledge of Recruitment Tools: Experience in using various recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and platforms for resource management.

  • Understanding of Business Processes: Ability to understand the company's business needs, including resource planning and cost optimization.

  • Experience with Contractors/Freelancers: Experience in negotiating contracts with subcontractors, setting rates and managing contracts.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments within the company, including Delivery Managers, Finance and HR.

  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Polish.

  • Proactivity: Ability to work independently, anticipate problems and provide solutions.

  • Openness to Hybrid Work: Willingness to work in the office in Poznań at least one day per week.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HR data analytics: ability to maintain dashboards, track key recruitment metrics, and translate data into actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with HR tech tools: experience managing or working with systems like ATS (e.g., Recruitee) and HRIS/HRM platforms.

Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like? 🍀

  1. Video Task: Discussion of a case study during a recorded video session in English (focused on understanding your reasoning, business approach, English proficiency and self-presentation skills).

  2. Profile Selection: Analysis of submitted applications to assess their alignment with the job requirements. Selection of candidates who best meet the criteria.

  3. Meeting with the Hiring Manager: (60-90 minutes): Discussion of prior achievements in IT recruitment. Validation of understanding of technical requirements (knowledge of technologies, frameworks, terminology) relevant to IT recruitment. Confirmation of availability, financial expectations, and readiness for hybrid work.

    A discussion about expectations, work style, approach to resourcing, and development plans within the role. Evaluation of whether the candidate can effectively take over the responsibilities of another recruiter during their absence. Assessment of culture fit with the team.
